Being in some ways all about the food, naturally, I love to talk with other people who share that interest.  After having been led by a friend to the Cedar Park Wineaux group on Meetup.com, I decided to start a group in the general Georgetown area for people who are interested in cooking, eating, restaurants, recipes, ingredients, farmers' markets, and everything else about food to meet, share recipes, share dishes, share favorite restaurants, and generally have a good time.

Georgetown Food-Centrics is the result.  You'll note we have members from all over the area.  If you, too, are all about the food and would like to meet like-minded people, check us out!

Oh, I could probably find some! What you looking for in particular? High fat, low fat, protein, low carb?

Hi Tricia, been watching all the comments fly by, great to have so much interest and enthusiasm...and I sure like the direction the group is taking. Love the cooperative cooking and pitch in ideas. My kitchen/home is open for a meeting. I am in the SouthCreek sibdivision near AW Grimes and Gattis School in Round Rock. Wage Peace Linda

Hey, Linda! Somehow I missed your comment in June! Yes, it is fun, isn't it? Can't wait for the Thai cooking party!
